Gang arrested in ‘million £ burglary’ in Whitby area

POLICE investigating a string of burglaries in the Whitby area have arrested nine people known as the “million pound gang” in dramatic early morning raids.

Officers swooped on three properties in connection with a series of break-ins across the Whitby, North Yorkshire and Teesside area.
